CardScanSync is an application whose purpose is to keep your CardScan files synchronized with your ScanBizCards WebSync account. It will periodically check to see if you have made any local changes in the CardScan Executive application (and upload these changes to the web) or any changes on the web through your WebSync account (and download these changes to a local CDB file).
